In RCM d.o.o. we perform customs clearance of goods for our customers according to customs procedure 40, where the goods are released for free circulation for home use following the payment of customs and other import duties and VAT.
We provide importers with the option of using our customs guarantee for paying the duties.
Importers who are taxable persons and are registered for VAT purposes in Slovenia have the option of simplifying the calculation of VAT on imports and show VAT in the VAT calculation.
After the completion of procedure 40, it is possible to freely dispose of the goods.
Importer conditions:
- Valid EORI and importer's VAT ID
- Authorisation for representation
